Your current place of work

Sketch. the sketch was inaugurated in 2002 by restaurateur, Mourad Mazouz, and three Michelin-starred MasterChef, Pierre Gagnaire.

As a destination for food, art, and music the Mayfair venue continues to contribute to the building’s heritage as a destination for experimentation. The site consists of the Lecture Room & Library, the Parlour, the Glade, the East Bar, and the Gallery. The Lecture Room & Library was awarded its first Michelin star in 2005, and a second star in 2012. The restaurant was recognized with Michelin's top three stars accolade in 2019.

Please name 3 bartenders in London that you admire and why

1) Paradiso- Barcelona because of their hospitality, stunning presentation of drinks, and venue in itself

2) American bar at the Savoy- London for its history

3) Lyaness- London for the hospitality and the amazing drinks they create.

Any good customer story that you recall that comes to mind

It was one of my first experiences in London as a bartender and I was getting ready for an internal cocktail competition. While I was preparing my cocktail there was this lady in front of the bar counter who was really interested so I let her try the cocktail. She was in love with that drink. She was a regular guest so after a few months ( when she came back) She realized that the cocktail was listed under her name on our cocktail menu. She was impressed!
