A story quite unique, the idea of starting Brimmers Bitters came to the owners Mike and Jen Palmer during their travels together. Their bar overflowed with a variety of beers and that spurred in them the idea of starting something of their own. The base on which the idea of Brimmers was based was that they had never come across a British-made craft cocktail bitters in their life. It was a challenge they decided to take head on and thus, Brimmers Bitters was brought to life.
At the 2018 London Spirits Competition, their aromatic bitter, the Brimmers Bitters had an excellent showing as it won two awards. These two awards were:
Gold Medal: With an overall score of 94 points from the judges, Brimmers Bitters was awarded a gold medal.
Best Spirit by Packaging: Brimmers Bitters won this highly coveted award for their unique design and packaging of the bitter.
The Brimmers Bitters is an aromatic cocktail bitter that adds punch to your usual cocktails. It goes well with lemonades and can add zing to the traditional cocktails. Born with the ambition of creating exceptional British-made craft cocktail bitters, Brimmers Limited left their mark at the 2018 London Spirits Competition.
