London Competitions is pleased to offer consolidated shipping options for France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, USA, Chile, South Africa.

Once you have entered your products in the London Wine, Beer, or Spirits Competition, you can ship your samples with two options. One is using the consolidated shipping option if you want to ship to any of the below countries and locations. Another option is you can ship your samples to us directly to our UK warehouse.

Here are the rates and fees for the service. The consolidated shipping fee includes all duties, taxes, and customs clearance. (The service is only available for France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, USA, Chile, South Africa.)

Spirits: £66 per entry, worldwide, inclusive of Excise duty and exclusive of VAT and CCT.

Wine: £58 per entry, inclusive of excise, exclusive of VAT and CCT.

Beer: £58 per entry, inclusive of excise, exclusive of VAT and CCT.

Simply send your samples to your local warehouse, and Hellmann will do the rest, making sure your samples reach us in time for judging. Hellmann’s consolidated shipping fee includes all duties, taxes, and customs clearance, so you won’t need to worry about a thing.

Hellmann will arrange onward shipping and customs clearance to the London Competitions. You must pay first in the entrant zone, select your shipping label based on the option that you select, and then ship. Here are the fees to use the consolidated shipping service. Please note: European depots can only accept entries from the same country of origin. Make sure you have checked our entry and shipping deadlines beforehand and you must contact Hellmann Beverage Logistics before sending your samples. Please include your company name clearly on the box.

Please note that the service is only available for France, Italy, Spain, Germany, Australia, USA, Chile, South Africa. Rest of the countries must ship directly to the UK warehouse.
