As a bartender and mixologist, Megna is outspoken about his love for his profession, which is quite evident in his extraordinary cocktail-mixing skills. 

After working as a bartender in renowned establishments like Bulgari Hotels and Resorts and Nobu Hospitality, he joined The Stafford London in the capacity of Head Bartender for their in-house bar, American Bar. After acing the role for three successful years, Megna was promoted to his most recent role as the Director of Mixology.

Being in the luxury hospitality industry since 2016, Megna has gained a thorough understanding of the high-end restaurant and bar scene in London, which he will be bringing to the judging panel at the London Spirits Competition in 2025.
