50ml Masons Lavender Gin
50ml Lime Juice
25ml Sugar Syrup
Lime zest
Instructions:
Combine 50ml Masons Lavender Gin, 50ml lime juice & 25ml sugar syrup, in a cocktail shaker and strain into a gimlet glass. Garnish with lime zest and sit back and enjoy!

25ml Lemon Juice
Crème De Mure
Crushed Ice
Instructions:
Add the gin, lemon and sugar syrup to a shaker. Shake well. Strain into an ice-filled tumbler.
Gently trickle the Crème De Mure down into the tumbler – this will give you the ‘bramble’ effect. Garnish perfectly with freshly picked raspberries.

2oz Georgian Bay Gin
1oz Pumpkin Flavoured Liqueur
.5oz Lemon Juice
1 Tsp. Pumpkin Puree’
Dash of Cinnamon
1 Egg White
Garnish: Thyme Sprigs
Instructions:
Fill a shaker with ingredients and no ice. Dry shake for 45 seconds to emulsify egg white. Add ice to the shaker and continue to shake for another 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass and garnish with a sprig of thyme.

2 oz Georgian Bay Gin
2 Tablespoon Demerara sugar
2 Tablespoon Grapefruit Juice
5 Sprigs Fresh Mint
Instructions:
Dissolve the sugar in the juice by swirling the mixing glass like a sommelier would be a nice Barolo, then add all the ingredients with a half cup of ice (enough to fill your rocks glass) and shake until you can no longer shake. Pour all contents directly into a rocks glass (beginner) or Collins glass (expert).

2.5oz Georgian Bay Gin
0.5oz Dry Vermouth®
Garnish: 3 Pimiento Stuffed Olives
Instructions:
Chill a martini glass in the freezer for 5 minutes. Fill a shaker with ice. Add Georgian Bay Gin® and dry vermouth (go slightly less than .5oz of vermouth if you like your martinis really dry or slightly more if you like them wet). Give everything a good shake and then strain contents into the martini glass. Put three pimiento-stuffed olives on a toothpick or skewer and slip into the martini.

30ml freshly brewed coffee
15ml Berry Good Cofaidh Cold Brew Liqueur
15ml sugar syrup
Cubed ice
Instructions:
Chill your freshly brewed coffee. Add all ingredients into a shaker. Add ice and shake well. Strain into a Martini glass, garnish with coffee beans!

1oz Honey Simple Syrup
Dash of Cinnamon

Add ¼ cup of hot water and ¼ cup of honey and shake in a mason jar until honey dissolves. Keep in the fridge for next time!

.5oz Orange Syrup
Egg white
Top with grated nutmeg
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake for 45 seconds to emulsify the egg. Then add ice and shake for 20 seconds. Strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Finish by grating nutmeg on top.
