Renaissance vodka brings flavours from its sugar beet origins that combine perfectly to make the most delicious cocktails.
Take a mixing glass with ice blocks. Drain melted water. Add 60ml of Renaissance Vodka, 5ml of Noilly Pratt vermouth, and 2 drops of Orange bitters. Stir in with the ice for 10-15 seconds.
Peel a thick lemon twist over the glass and garnish. Make a Lemon balm and bitter infusion by infusing Lemon balm with vodka for 3 hours. Strain the compound and add to some orange bitters. Spray over the glass.
Pour 50ml of Renaissance Vodka into a cocktail shaker. Add 25ml of freshly squeezed Lemon Juice and 20ml of simple syrup (made by dissolving a 50/50 mix of caster sugar and water together stored in the fridge). Add 1/2 an Egg White, a couple of ice cubes, and dry Shake in the shaker. Fill the shaker with ice and shake and pour it into the glass. Garnish with lemon thyme.
Pour 50 ml of Renaissance vodka into a cocktail shaker. Make 100ml Bloody Mary mix using tomato juice, salt, lemon juice, Worcester sauce & tabasco. Add to the shaker with ½ a bar spoon pink peppercorn or black pepper. Murdle gently & leave to sit briefly. Put a stick of celery in a tall glass and fill with Ice cubes to the top. Pour the mix from the shaker into the glass and garnish with a cucumber slice.
