Sales of bars and restaurants hinge on their menu, customer service, location, and infrastructure. While most of these factors are more associated with creating a customer experience, the menu has the utmost influence on sales. Hence, it is crucial to have drinks that can delight everyone’s palate.
Here is a list of those essential bottles that you should have in your bar.

Heaven’s Door is an award-winning producer of handcrafted American whiskeys developed in partnership with Bob Dylan. Each of their bottles is a perfect blend of art and craft. Double Barrel Whiskey from this producer is a unique fusion of three different whiskeys. This whiskey undergoes double barrel finishing process which uses hand-toasted, new American oak barrels for the secondary ageing. It has notes of caramel, oak, citrus, and spice.
Double Barrel Whiskey has won the double gold medal at San Francisco World Spirits Competition 2018. It has also been named whiskey of the year at 2019 London Spirits Competition.

This classic juniper-forward gin is made with traditional ingredients and exciting new botanicals brought from the Cape mountainside. These botanicals add alluring herbal and floral aromas and flavours to this gin. It contains juniper, coriander, angelica root, Honeybush, cardamom, lemon peel, and mountain buchus.
Cape Dry Gin has won many medals and awards including the very recent Gin of the Year at 2019 London Spirits Competition.

OX44 is an extremely smooth gin with pine, juniper, spice, and citrusy lemon and orange taste. On the nose, it has fresh notes of kaffir lime leaves with earthy coriander, sweet and piney juniper, and hints of mulberry and Scottish heather. As stated earlier, it is very smooth on the palate. It also shows a touch of dryness from the angelica. On the finish, it is elegant and balanced and leaves some cooling notes from the heather and cardamom.
At 2019 London Spirits Competition, this gin has been named best gin in the show by country category along with a gold medal.

Lark Single Malt Whisky is the major product of the Lark Distillery. It is distilled with Tasmanian barley and malted at the Cascade brewery. This whisky is lightly peated and its flavours are identical to Scottish Speyside or Highland whisky. It is double distilled in copper pot stills that are locally crafted. It is aged in small, 100-litre oak casks.
Lark Single Malt Whisky has been named best whiskey in the show by country category along with a gold medal at 2019 London Spirits Competition.

Carter’s Original Coffee Liqueur uses coffee beans that are imported exclusively from Mexico, Brazil, and Papua New Guinea. This is a deeply flavoured liqueur with vanilla, chocolate, and citrus dominant characters. It is made for espresso martinis. It can also be mixed with vodka or Applewood gin.
This one has been awarded a gold medal at 2019 London Spirits Competition.
